Welcome To Week 30: Technology and Promoting our Brand

At ROOST Real Estate Co. we make extensive use of technology that supports our
marketing & advertising Initiatives. We use the internet, not only advertise our listings, but also to build brand awareness and to make an emotional connection with the public.

Our company website at www.ROOSTRealEstateCo.com offers detailed information about our company and the services we provide. Our consumer facing blogs provide timely and up to date information to buyers, sellers and investors. We also offer basic real estate search functions through our various local multiple listing services.

As a free service to our agents, each associate has a personalized landing page that puts them front and center as part of our brand. A personal web address can then be directed to their free personal page.

We also offer an @ROOSTRealEstateCo.com email address to each agent.

Social Media has become our number one tool for building brand awareness. ROOST Real Estate Co. has a dedicated marketing service building our presence and brand awareness through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram Google, and YouTube. Each market we serve has a dedicated ROOST Facebook business page designed to engage the public and our friends.

Our marketing and advertising initiatives also have a place for print. We have partnered with Holmes Printing to create on-demand personalized business cards, marketing brochures, postcards and various other mailers and collateral materials designed to build brand awareness and market share.
