Wow roost response is awesome. They come immediately at your request and fix stuff quickly. I am glad I met Dan who fix my shower and also show me things i needed to know. Roost has been such a great place to rent from the last few years. We just recently had a maintenance issue and Don came and helped us fix our problem. He was polite, fast, communicated well with me and got everything up and running. The whole team at Roost is great!

We have had a rental with ROOST for about 4 years now and they have never disappointed. Anytime we have needed any kind of maintenance, it is never a long wait usually within a day or two. Recently, our AC went out during the hottest part of the year. They sent someone 2 days later and Jim was the guy that came. He was very professional and even a little witty (which I appreciate). He fixed my AC within 30 minutes and even stuck around to make sure nothing went wrong. I highly recommend using them for renting or purchasing a home.

This is my second work that need to be done and I was very impressed that the electrician showed up 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled time given which was welcomed. When he got here, he immediately diagnosed the problem and had a solution. He had to get parts and he was back in no time to fix it with the quickness. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the work he did.
