Hi, I’m Anne, I’ve been in Real Estate since 2021. After a 20 plus year career in healthcare I chose to make a change to Real Estate. I enjoy working with people one on one or small groups much like I did with physical therapy. I know the importance of being responsive to my clients needs and pay close attention to detail, this is about you not me! I’m fortunate to have support behind me of those with more than 20-30 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.

Just joining ROOST in 2022! I received my license in 2021.

ROOST is local, smaller, cares about clients and building relationships.

What is one thing that most people don’t know about you?
I’m a homebody...no place is better than home!

Favorite movie? Sports team? Band?
I have a few favorites, I like drama and a good chick flick! Unpopular in this area, but I love my Michigan Wolverines! I like most music but anything '80s is the best!

What’s the number one myth that you hear about the Real Estate market that you’d like to clear up?
People are always taking about waiting for this or that...if it’s your time to buy or sell Real Estate, it’s the right time!

What is the one thing you would tell someone who is hesitant to list their home out of fear of the market?
The market is always changing...waiting until you think it’s perfect will never come. Closings happen every day in every market; let your agent help you through it.

What is your favorite part about helping people find their next home or helping people sell their current home?
Building relationships with people, helping them navigate the process, easing things in a difficult situation, assisting them to find what they are looking for in a home, interacting with other Agents. I really enjoy most of it.

When you’re not working at ROOST what hobby occupies your time?
I enjoy spending time with my husband, sons and their families. To date I have eight awesome grandchildren. I love the beach and the lake...Summer is my favorite time of year!

Cats or dogs?
I love both...we only have a cat now, our rescue Izabelle, but we spend as much time as we can with our granddog Gracie.
