Hello!

My name is Chris McAllister and I am a Realtor and the founder of ROOST Real Estate Co. I started my career in 2001 as a real estate sales agent in Ohio. I became a broker in 2003, founded ROOST Real Estate Co. in 2014, and earned my Florida broker license in 2015.

I am very excited to be focused on expanding our brand in Florida over the next few years. I found my way to Melbourne because one of my team members in Ohio, Rena Smith, relocated to West Melbourne a few years ago. Rena asked if I would be interested in working with her in Florida and I jumped at the chance. My wife Kelly and I love it here and are fortunate to be able to split our time between Melbourne and Columbus, Ohio.
