Are you a certified property management service?

Yes. It’s important for owners to understand that most states require proper licensure in order to work as a property manager. We have seen many, many cases where new clients begin in considerable debt because their so-called “property manager” was far from qualified.

I don’t even have tenants right now. Can you help with that?

Is tenant screening legal?

Yes, when done within the regulations set out by the Fair Housing Act. As much as ROOST would love to help everyone looking for a place to live, we have seen too many instances where applicants with credit problems and criminal records have led to further issues for landlords.
