Hi! I’m Gretchen Mitchell. I started my real estate career helping my father, Chris McAllister, in his real estate office in Springfield, Ohio, while still going to school. I became a licensed Realtor in 2008 and began working in our property management department that same year.
In 2017, I became a licensed real estate broker, and in 2020, I started working in our Columbus, Ohio office. In 2023, I became the Director of Property Management for the company. I lead a dedicated team of property management professionals, supporting our owner clients and investors throughout Ohio and Florida.
Work keeps me busy – but so does home! My husband Andrew and I have two young daughters who keep us on our toes.
