Tina Bleything

Realtor / Agent Success Coordinator
Columbus, Dayton, Springfield, Urbana, Space Coast, Southwest Florida

I have been a lifelong resident of Clark County. I am retired from my career job of 34 years in county government. I am a member of two local non-profit organizations, Springfield Arts Council and Leadership Clark County. In 2016, I started my dream job in real estate and have been fortunate to have the love and support from so many during my journey. My goal is to continue to help strengthen the overall health and happiness of our community, one family at a time.

What’s the number one myth that you hear about the Real Estate market that you’d like to clear up?
I think one myth about the market is that sellers do not like to list their homes during the winter months for fear their home will not sell as quickly as the spring/summer months. There is always a need for new listings and there are always buyers looking regardless of the time of the year.

To trust your realtor to guide you through the process. Being well informed will make the transition very pleasant and rewarding.
