Whether you’re buying, selling, or just starting to explore your options, I’m here to help with honest advice, deep local knowledge, and a commitment to making your next move a great one. Favorite movie? Sports team? Band?

When it comes to sports, I’m a passionate Michigan fan (yes, really!), and I proudly hold season tickets for the Cincinnati Bengals. I also enjoy catching a Reds game during baseball season. What’s the number one myth that you hear about the Real Estate market that you’d like to clear up?
While it's true that you can buy or sell a home on your own, the idea that realtors aren't necessary is a common misconception. A licensed real estate agent brings invaluable resources to the table—especially when it comes to marketing. They have access to powerful tools and platforms that the general public doesn't, giving your property maximum exposure or helping you find the right home faster. More importantly, a good realtor will take the time to understand your specific goals and guide you confidently through any market conditions.
5
What is the one thing you would tell someone who is hesitant to list their home out of fear of the market?
One of the biggest concerns I hear from homeowners today is the fear of selling without having a new home lined up. While the current market may present an excellent opportunity to sell, the timing isn’t always right for everyone. Every situation is unique, and that’s why I take a personalized approach. I’ll evaluate your home’s value, review current market conditions and competition, and offer recommendations to strengthen your position. From there, we’ll develop a customized plan that fits your needs and timeline—so you can move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

Coffee or Tea?
Usually tea, but I do enjoy a good cup of coffee now and then—especially on a busy real estate day!
3
What is your favorite part about helping people find their next home or helping people sell their current home?
My favorite part of helping clients buy or sell a home is the meaningful relationship we build throughout the process. Real estate transactions can be emotional and complex, whether you're buying, selling, or navigating both. My top priority is to guide my clients every step of the way—easing their concerns, offering clear communication, and empowering them with knowledge. For me, it's not just about the transaction; it's about creating lasting relationships built on trust, support, and genuine care. Those connections are far more valuable than any sale.

When you’re not working at ROOST what hobby occupies your time?
For most of my life, I didn’t have time for hobbies or travel. As a single mom, I was fully dedicated to raising my children and working seven days a week to provide for them. Real estate has always been my passion—but in the past few years, I’ve also learned how important it is to make time for myself and embrace life outside of work. I’ve discovered a new love for the outdoors through kayaking, fishing, and camping—it’s been incredibly grounding and refreshing. I also cherish every moment with my grandson, who’s almost two, and proudly wear the title of Gigi. These days, I’m focused on living a healthier lifestyle, walking my dogs, riding my Peloton, and maybe even picking up golf next!

Cats or Dogs?
Both! I share my home with two lovable bulldogs, Willie and Archie, and a tuxedo cat named Daniel—they each have their own personalities and keep life entertaining.
